At Belle Luxe & Co, each item is handcrafted with care and customized just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

All Sales Are Final

All custom and personalized products (including tumblers, apparel, keychains, stationery, and beauty essentials) are final sale. This ensures that every order is made uniquely to your request and cannot be resold.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not yet begun.

After 24 hours or once materials have been prepared, we cannot cancel the order.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit.
